Terms of Use

These terms apply to My RI (myri.reviewinnovations.com, "the site"), the online exam portal of Review Innovations, whether you use it on the web or through the My RI app in Microsoft Teams. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who may use the site

The site is for students enrolled in a Review Innovations review or refresher program, and for the instructors, office staff and management of Review Innovations. You may use it only while you have a Microsoft account in the Review Innovations directory and belong to a team used on the site. Access ends when you are removed from that team or from the directory.

2. Your account

You sign in with your own Microsoft account. Keep it to yourself: do not let anyone else sign in as you, and do not sign in as anyone else. You are responsible for what is done on the site with your account. Your display name on the site is the one in your Microsoft account; it cannot be changed on the site.

3. Exams and grades

Exams on the site are part of your review program. Take them yourself, within the time and attempts your instructor allows, and without help that your instructor has not permitted.
Your answers, scores, grades and rank are recorded and can be seen by your instructors and by Review Innovations staff. Rankings of top students within a team may be shown to the team.
Review Innovations may cancel an attempt, or a grade, that it finds was obtained by cheating, by sharing exam content, or by misusing the site.
Scores and grades on the site are for review purposes. They are not a prediction or guarantee of any result in a licensure examination.

4. What you may not do

Copy, photograph, record, download, share or publish questions, answers, solutions, exams or other content from the site outside the site, or give them to anyone who is not entitled to see them.
Use the site, or its content, for any commercial purpose or for any review program other than Review Innovations'.
Try to reach parts of the site, teams, exams or records that are not yours, or to find out other students' answers or grades.
Use scripts, bots or other automated means to read or use the site, or to take an exam.
Interfere with the site, overload it, or try to get around its security or its sign-in.
Upload anything unlawful, offensive, infringing or harmful, including malicious software.

5. Content and ownership

The questions, solutions, exams, articles, files and the site itself belong to Review Innovations or to the instructors who wrote them, and are protected by copyright. You may use them only on the site, for your own review. Nothing here gives you any other right to them.

Content that you add to the site, such as exam answers or, for instructors and staff, questions, exams, pages and files, stays yours. By adding it you allow Review Innovations to store, show and use it on the site to run the review program, and to keep it as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Microsoft Teams

The My RI app in Microsoft Teams is a window to this site; the same terms apply inside it. Microsoft Teams itself, and your Microsoft account, are governed by Microsoft's own terms and policies, not by these.

7. Availability and changes

Review Innovations works to keep the site available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, by faults, or by failures of services it depends on, such as Microsoft sign-in or the internet. Review Innovations may change, suspend or stop any part of the site, or your access to it, at any time, and will try to avoid doing so during a scheduled exam.

8. Privacy

How the site collects and uses personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. No warranty and limits of liability

The site and its content are provided as they are. Review Innovations does not promise that the site will be free of errors or interruptions, or that any content is complete or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Review Innovations is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site or from the inability to use it, including loss of data or of exam attempts caused by failures outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using the site at any time. Review Innovations may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if you are no longer part of a program or team the site serves. Sections 3 to 5 and 9 continue to apply after your access ends.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute about them is to be brought before the courts of the Philippines.

12. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
